Learning to identify the letters of the alphabet is the foundational skill in the preschool years. And, these Thanksgiving ABC worksheets are perfect for practicing this skill in November.
These alphabet worksheets are designed to help your preschoolers develop fine motor skills as they practice letter recognition and visual discrimination. They’ll make a great addition to your Thanksgiving homeschool activities.

I always loved finding free printables that worked on multiple skills at once when my kids were younger.
That’s why, when I create new freebies, I get so excited to share them with you!
Thanksgiving ABC Worksheets
I really think you’re going to love these ABC worksheets as much as your preschooler will.
Because they’re print-and-go, they can be used as a last minute time filler or worked into your homeschool literacy activities in no time.
Since all of the worksheets in this set are designed the same, once your child is familiar with how they work, they can work through them all with little assistance from you.

Alphabet Worksheets
These lowercase alphabet worksheets are perfect for preschool and kindergarten-aged children.
They can also be used with older children who may need a little extra practice with letter recognition.
With these worksheets, children will search for the featured letter which helps improve their visual discrimination skills.
As they find each featured letter, they’ll dab it with a dot marker. This practice helps strengthen motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
If you don’t have dot markers, kids can cover the letters with clear gems or bingo chips or just color them with crayons.

Preparing the Worksheets
Print the pages on printer paper and have kids use dot markers to identify the featured letters.
Or, you can laminate the pages and have kids complete the pages with dry erase markers or small manipulatives.
