Christmas Sequencing Worksheets
Christmas sequencing worksheets are a great way to help young learners develop their problem-solving skills.
These worksheets are designed to teach young learners how to put a sequence of events in the correct order throughout the holiday season.
With these worksheets, children will be able to practice understanding the order of things, while also developing their critical thinking skills.
Additionally, completing these worksheets can help students recognize what comes first, second or last in everyday situations.
Moreover, sequencing activities provide an ideal platform for younger children to practice their fine motor skills by cutting out pictures and organizing them in the correct order.
The Christmas-themed printable activities are not only fun but also an excellent way for kids to learn some basics about Christmas traditions such as decorating a tree and writing letters to Santa Claus.
Ultimately, this will enable them to become more independent problem-solvers who can apply logic and reasoning when faced with difficult tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- printer
- printer paper
- scissors
- glue stick
PREPARING THE ACTIVITY
To prepare the printable sequencing worksheets, print the pages out. You can use cardstock if you’d like to make them sturdier.
If you’d like to make the activity reusable, laminate the pages before cutting the pictures off the bottom of the page.
Then, put small velcro dots on the blank boxes and on the back of the sequencing pictures.
I like to use the black and white pages as independent work and put the color pages in a literacy center.
COMPLETING THE ACTIVITY
There are three sequencing activities included in this pack – each is available in a black and white version and full color version.
Activities include How to Trim a Tree, How to Bake Christmas Cookies, and How to Pack Presents.
Students will cut out the pictures at the bottom of the page. Have them place the pictures in the correct order so you can check their work before they glue them down.
After completing the page, have students use the page to tell the story in their own words.
